James E. Morris, 58, of Kearneysville, WV, passed away in the comfort of his home on August 2, 2018. Born September 6, 1959 in Germantown, MD, he is the son of the late Ellis and Annie (Baugher) Morris. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his two brothers Ricky and Mike Morris, and his sister Carol Bowman. He worked for 38 years at Rockingham Powerline Construction and was a great and loving man. He was loved by everyone and will be missed greatly. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lewis Morris, his children Jamie Morris and her partner, Donald Callis, James Morris Jr. and his partner, Adriana Johnson, and Ellis Morris, his step children Laura Lewis, Cindy Lewis and her partner, Brandon Malloy, brothers Paul Morris, David Aliff, and Paul Bowman, five grandchildren, as well as two special ladies, Jessie Heffern and Rachel Husted. A Memorial Service to celebrate James' life will be held graveside at St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery, 3864 Jefferson Pike, Jefferson, MD 21755 on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 11:00 AM.
