Harold Emory Pereschuk, Sr. age 81 of Hagerstown, MD died Sunday, August 12, 2018 at his home. Born March 13, 1937 in Hagerstown, MD. He was the son of the late John Marsh and Pauline Frances Pereschuk. Mr. Pereschuk was a retired US Army veteran, serving in the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War. He was a member of the Hagerstown Korean Church. He was very involved in his church community. He is also survived by his wife Hyo "Skipper" Chong Pereschuk. Sons Harold (Denise) Pereschuk, Hagerstown, MD, Mark (Acacia) Pereschuk of Georgia, and Thomas Pereschuk, of Baltimore, MD... He was preceded in death by a son Wayne Pereschuk. He is also survived by brothers John Pereschuk, Butch (Sonja) Pereschuk of Hagerstown, Larry Pereschuk and Cliff (Connie) Pereschuk, of Keedysville, MD, and sister in law Shirley Pereschuk. He was preceded in death by a brother Merrill Pereschuk. Also survived by two sisters Barbara (Gene) Stone and Aleta Irving both of Hagerstown, MD. Half brothers Earle Pereschuk, Hagerstown, Donald Pereschuk of Pennsylvania, Gary Pereschuk of Williamsport, MD, Rob and Thomas Pereschuk, and preceded in death by half brothers Kenny Pereschuk and Woodie Hawkins. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives may call on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 from 6:00pm to 9:00 pm at Harman Funeral Home, 305 N. Potomac Street, Hagerstown, MD, where funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 11:00am with Rev. Chi Heyon Yun officiating.
